This agreement outlines the responsibilities for both parties involved: you, the Client, Customer, or simply "you", and Royal Mobile Detailing LLC, referred to as "Royal Mobile Detailing", "contractor", "technician", "us", "our", or "we". It also delineates your obligations to us regarding the service(s) you procure. Your utilization of our service indicates your acceptance of the complete terms stipulated in this agreement, without any alterations on your part. When you make a booking or avail the services of Royal Mobile Detailing, you are bound by the subsequent terms:
We require access to water and electricity for all of our car detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at 253-347-8275 so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a $80 cancelation fee.
At Royal Mobile Detailing, we're ready to detail your vehicle rain or shine, equipped to handle various weather conditions, including rain.Considering the meticulous effort we invest in delivering top-notch services and the scale of our operation, adjustments to the schedule like cancellations or reschedules can have significant consequences. To mitigate these effects, if you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. This allows us to fill the time slot and prevents the imposition of an $80 cancellation fee. Our comprehensive terms and conditions govern all appointments:
1. A notice of 48 hours is required for any appointment or service cancellation or rescheduling.
2. Royal Mobile Detailing retains the right to cancel or reschedule appointments based on staff availability, prevailing weather conditions, or equipment issues.
3. If, at the scheduled time and location, the vehicle and keys are not available for the ordered service, Royal Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel the appointment. Such an occurrence will be deemed a violation of our cancellation policy, entailing an $80 cancellation charge.
4. The cancellation policy for Gift Certificate redemption appointments aligns with the same guidelines. Any cancellation will lead to an automatic redemption of $80 as per the aforementioned cancellation policy principles.
Customer will give Royal Mobile Detailing access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document insures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our Royal Mobile Detailing technician.
All detail jobs have specified time limits. Completion of work is based off of unique time limit of package. See below all time limits for base jobs excluding addons. Addons will be used to extend the base time using the times provided below. Timekeeping will be performed at the discretion of your assigned Royal Mobile Detailing technician. The time starts as soon as the technician completes client check in and initial equipment setup.

Bronze Package 1.5 – 2.0 hours
Silver Package 2.5 hours
Gold Package 3.5 hours
Diamond Package 4.5 hours
If vehicle has been last detailed less than a 1 year ago = 75% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 1 year ago = 70% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 2 years ago = 65% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 3 years ago = 60% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 4 years ago = 55% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 5 years ago = 50% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 6 years ago = 45% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 7 years ago = 40% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 8 years ago = 35% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 9 years ago = 30% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed < 10 years ago = 25% as good as new
At Royal Mobile Detailing, our primary goal is your satisfaction with our services. While we cannot guarantee a complete restoration of your vehicle to a previous or brand-new state, we are dedicated to putting forth our utmost effort to enhance its condition to the best of our capabilities and within the limitations of our resources, time, and expertise. Upon completing the job, we will perform a comprehensive final inspection in your presence. If, subsequent to our departure and final inspection, you discover any aspect of our service to be unsatisfactory, we urge you to get in touch with us within 24 hours, enabling us to promptly address your concerns. It's important to note that Royal Mobile Detailing will not assume responsibility for concerns raised beyond 24 hours after the job's completion or if the final inspection was not conducted in the presence of our Royal Mobile Detailing technician.
Royal Mobile Detailing and it’s contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our detailing services you also agree not to hold Royal Mobile Detailing LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Royal Mobile Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as the "Total Cost" on the final price. The term of service corresponds to the duration reserved by us to fulfill the requested "job," rather than being tied to a specific outcome. Please note that the job might exceed the initially allocated time. Royal Mobile Detailing maintains the authority to apply an additional fee for excessive dirt, amounting to $60 per hour, if the detailing process surpasses the expected duration, at the discretion of Royal Mobile Detailing. This fee typically applies to vehicles that require more time than the allotted time limit. You will be duly informed of this potential fee either before or during the detailing procedure.

Royal Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if it is determined that the customer is not a suitable match for our offerings, as decided at the discretion of Royal Mobile Detailing LLC. Examples of situations leading to service termination encompass: engaging directly with Royal Mobile Detailing staff without involving the company, displaying rudeness or hostility towards Royal Mobile Detailing personnel, or any other rationale deemed sufficient by us to warrant discontinuation of services at our sole discretion.
Royal Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, Royal Mobile Detailing does not make any commitment to update the materials.
By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that Royal Mobile Detailing cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results with our detailing services. Your payment to Royal Mobile Detailing covers the dedicated service time for your vehicle and is not contingent upon achieving any particular outcome or result. The liability of Royal Mobile Detailing is limited to the total amount for each job. In cases where the job duration significantly exceeds the initial estimate, we retain the right to apply an additional fee of $60 per hour for extensive cleaning, in the discretion of Royal Mobile Detailing staff (advance notice will be provided). As we procure materials for the task based on demand, any deposits made are non-refundable. All sales are considered final.
