Bookings are charged upon completion of the requested service. Royal Mobile Detailing accepts payment in the form of cash, debit, and credit cards. In the event of a declined card, Royal Mobile Detailing will kindly request the customer to seek a suitable payment solution for the provided service. If a customer's credit card is declined, Royal Mobile Detailing will initiate a collection process 48 hours after the initial card refusal.
Customers are kindly advised to remove all personal belongings, cash, and other valuable items from their vehicle prior to any detailing service. Royal Mobile Detailing, formerly known as GoDetail, cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property, whether it's the serviced vehicle itself, items within the vehicle, or the service location. It's essential to ensure that your vehicle is being serviced in a legal and secure area; if you have any concerns, please communicate them to your car detailing specialist. Please be aware that all vehicle cleaning is undertaken at the customer's own risk and must be capable of withstanding standard cleaning procedures.In order to secure your booking, we may request debit or credit card information. These details will be processed through housecallpro.com. We retain the right to make adjustments to bookings based on factors such as staff availability, weather conditions, or equipment malfunction. Royal Mobile Detailing reserves the discretion to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or proportionate amount) for any work that falls outside the scope of the initial booking. It's important to note that a minimum surcharge of 20% will be added to all jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the due date. However, inside of the 48 hour period, a $40 fee is charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies for any retail priced car detail.
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone 253-347-8275, email (ferpergol1998@gmail.com), or text message 253-347-8275. Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to (ferpergol1998@gmail.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Royal Mobile Detailing shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery.
